Evaluate the effectiveness of training in improving the level of agricultural services in Iraq And future requirements / Directorate of Agriculture in the province of Baghdad AppliedCase Study For the period (2000 - 2010)

Abstract

ABSTRACT Find cares course set up training courses for the staff of the Department of Agriculture in the province of Baghdad duration (2000 – 2010) And its role in the development of the performance of the work of the Directorate. Included research community staff at the headquarters of the Department of Agriculture in the province of Baghdad and its subsidiaries, and the amount of sample (40) member accounted amount (17%) of the personnel involved in the training courses for the duration of the study above. Reached results that (73%) of the trainees see it for a month and more adequate to cover the Platform session, especially technical courses of them, and (82%) of the trainees assert that period two weeks to a month and more where the degree of benefit in the application career between (good to very good). As proved Find a high degree of correlation between the theme of the session and all of it Degree of trainee and his career. Also explained that research (30%) of the trainees was nominated for the sessions as desired, and that (70%) of the trainees was nominated according to need Directorate for those courses. Through the review of the obstacles during the training period between (80%) of the trainees opposed to working in the Directorate with training, due to their availability full training, and pointed out (70%) of them that most courses intensive and information brief, while between (68%) of the trainees difficulty transportation and high costs. The research has included a number of proposals concerning the development of training courses, which is expected to raise the efficiency of the performance of the work of the Directorate In the future.
