The Role of Some Demographic Characteristics of Promoting the Dimensions of Organizational Awareness

Abstract

AbstractThe study aims to decide whether there is compatibility between the demographic characteristics of the administrative leaders and the degree of organizational awareness in Badush Cement Plant. In order to achieve this goal, a questionnaire has been designed and the distributed to the sample individuals (30). Depending on coefficient analysis (chi-square), data were analyzed and that proceeded by preparation of ground - based and theoretical framework to benefit from views of writers and researchers around the belongings of organizational awareness. The researchers concluded to a number of results that may be crystallized into a group of conclusions; the surveyed organization can have a good range of organizational awareness, but it needs additional qualifications to perform businesses effectively, the organizations may require a high degree of attention to invigilate and ready to rapid succession. So, the study referred that there is no compatibility whatsoever between the demographic characteristics and organizational attention.
