Abstract

This paper aims to identify to what extent the organizational culture change can help business organizations to achieve the excellence and be distinctive.This study includes a presentation of the theoretical literature on the concepts of organizational change and change in organizational culture. Moreover, it also includes a case study to see to what extent the Algerian Enterprise "Condor" respence to the requirements of changing the organizational culture to improuve its performance. The necessary data have been collected through the questionnaire designed for this purpose and distributed to a sample consists of 110 workers from various organizational levels over the period 2008-2010. Using SPSS the results of this study have shown that the organizational culture plays a major role in improving and developing the performance of the enterprise "Condor" over the period of study.
