Abstract

The research aims at evaluating the content of history books for the preparatory phase, a book History of Arab Islamic civilization for fourth grade literary edition Thirty-first, who teaches in the Republic of Iraq for the academic year (2011 2012), The Book of European history and contemporary of the fifth grade literary fourth edition, who teaches in the Republic of Iraq for the academic year ( 2011 2012), a book of modern and contemporary history of the sixth edition of literary and Twenty-eighth, who teaches in the Republic of Iraq for the academic year (2011 2012) and that from the viewpoint of teachers and supervisors of jurisdiction. Includes the research community to the community of teachers of history, which is (3115) teacher and school and community supervisors, who numbered (23) and thus the sample becomes subject to the evaluation (300) teacher and school, and the supervisors was the sample under evaluation is to take their number all (23, because the numbers were small. the researcher used the questionnaire method because it enables the researcher to achieve the goals of the research. has been rated derived from the standard resolution of the content of these books, have been evaluating these criteria and used a researcher rating after getting the sincerity and that by submitting it to a group of experts and specialists. The researcher selected a sample of teachers randomly multiple stages according to the following steps: 1- Researcher chose four directorates of the Directorate of Education (Directorate of Education in Karkh, the first, and the Directorate of Education Karkh III) on the side of Karkh, and (Directorate of Education Rusafa first, and the Directorate of Education Rusafa second) on the Rusafa side of Baghdad province.2 - the researcher chose (80) distributed as a middle school (20) junior high schools each Directorate of Education.3- the researcher chose randomly (300) and a school teacher of the schools that have been identified in the previous step and this number is (10%), almost the total number of teachers in the city of Baghdad. As for the sample of supervisors as the number of supervisors competence of history is a limited number (23) supervisors, the researcher felt that this number includes all part of their consideration.As for the means of statistical researcher has used the statistical means of the following: 1- Pearson's correlation coefficient to calculate the value of the stability of resolution.The weighted average 2: to estimate the value of each paragraph of the tool and arrange for the other paragraphs.3 -weight percentile: to illustrate each paragraph of the resolution, and the degree of knowledge and arrange for the other paragraphs.4- Percentage: proposals to arrange the teachers and supervisors descending order according to value ratio. In light of the findings of the researcher in evaluating the content of history books for the preparatory phase the one hand, answers the research sample (teachers) were there (23) paragraph the center is likely less than the middle (1), and this represents the proportion (30.26%) of the total number of paragraphs, and this result can indicate to achieve a good percentage of the criteria that were adopted in the current research, and it can be said that the evaluation content history books for the preparatory phase from the viewpoint of teachers was good, and the researcher interpreting the results of the standards of the first five earned, as it happened Standard No. (30) (correlation content of history sources and references and periodicals) in the order I have received the highest center weighted, reaching a value (1.866) the weight percentage of (93.3%), and received number (61) and includes (balanced among other things, of relations and links of time between events and trends and historical movements) in the order in the second central casting of (1862) and the weight percentage of (93.1%), while the Standard No. (26) (interested in topics content of history social problems in Iraq), respectively the third and central weighted of (1.861) and weight percentage of (93.05%), and received the standard number (14) (interest in the content of history students to the concepts, attitudes and values and customs) in the order in the fourth central casting of (1852) and the weight percentage of (92.6%), The Standard No. (50) (includes an article on the history images and graphics that show is guaranteed) in the order of the fifth central casting (1847) and the weight percentage of (92.35%). The researcher interpretation of the results the last five with the criteria that received lower center weighted was as follows, received the standard (45) (includes the content of history illustrative examples) Sort Seventy-sixth less the center of a casting which is (0426), the weight percentage of (21.3%) , The standard and number (72) (the appropriateness of the size of the content of history for the time period allocated to them) in the order in the seventy-fifth of central casting (0516) and the weight percentage of (25.8%), and then received the standard number (42) (balance between the requirements of aspects of growth various student cognitive - affective ), respectively Seventy-fourth central casting (0519) and the weight percentage of (25.95%), and then received the standard number (69) (focusing on some of the concepts of historical abstract, such as: democracy, dependency, development , Globalization .. etc), respectively, Seventy-third of central casting of (0586) and the weight percentage of (29.3%), either with regard to Standard No. (59) (taking into account variables cultural developments such as the scientific revolution and technology, and the explosion of knowledge) was obtained Seventy-second order

يرمي هذا البحث الى " تقويم محتوى كتب التاريخ للمرحلة الإعدادية من وجهة نظر المدرسين والمشرفين " من خلال الإجابة عن الأسئلة الآتية : 1- هل يعكس محتوى كتب مادة التأريخ للمرحلة الإعدادية في العراق معايير محتوى المنهج المدرسي الحديث من وجهة نظر المدرسين والمشرفين الاختصاص؟2- هل يستطيع الباحث ان يتوصل الى نتائج يمكن الاستفادة منها في تقويم المحتوى لغرض تحسينه او تطويره ؟ يهدف البحث الى تقويم محتوى كتب التأريخ للمرحلة الإعدادية وهو كتاب تأريخ الحضارة العربية الاسلامية للصف الرابع الادبي الطبعة الحادية والثلاثون الذي يُدرس في جمهورية العراق للعام الدراسي (2011- 2012) ، وكتاب التأريخ الاوربي والمعاصر للصف الخامس الادبي الطبعة الرابعة الذي يُدرس في جمهورية العراق للعام الدراسي (2011 - 2012 ) , وكتاب التأريخ الحديث والمعاصر للسادس الادبي الطبعة الثامنة والعشرون الذي يُدرس في جمهورية العراق للعام الدراسي (2011 - 2012 ) وذلك من وجهة نظر المدرسين والمشرفين الاختصاص . يشتمل مجتمع البحث على مجتمع مدرسي مادة التاريخ الذي يبلغ (3104) مدرساً ومدرسة ومجتمع المشرفين الاختصاص والذي بلغ عددهم (23) مشرف ومشرفة وبذلك أصبحت عينة البحث الخاضعة للتقويم(300) مدرساً ومدرسة , أما المشرفين فكانت عينة البحث الخاضعة للتقويم هو أخذ عددهم جميعاً( 23) مشرف ومشرفة لأن عددهم قليل. استعمل الباحث طريقة الاستبانة لانها الطريقة التي يتمكن الباحث من خلالها أن يحقق هدف البحث , وقد تم تصنيف اشتق من معايير الاستبانة لمحتوى هذه الكتب , وتم تقويم هذه المعايير واستعمل الباحث التصنيف بعد الحصول على صدقه وذلك بعرضه على مجموعة من الخبراء والمختصين .
