Effect of uranyl nitrate on some kidney function and some biochemical parameters in male rats eggs

Abstract

The present study aimed to assess the physiological effects of a substance uranyl nitrate at a dose of 70 mg / kg of body weight for a period of 4 weeks in adult male rats orally Elmejrah to this article through the following criteria:       Measuring levels of urea and creatinine in serum and measurement Trkizalbrootin total albumin and Alklopeulen in the blood serum. Has results showed a rise morally (P <0.05) in the rates of the levels of urea and creatinine in the blood serum of a group treatment nitrate uranyl , as well as get a significant decrease (P < 0.05) in the rate of total Trakizalbrootin and Alklopeulen albumin and serum in the treatment group compared with the control group animals that were given plain drinking water .
