غربلة بعض المستخلصات النباتية المحلية من حيث المحتوى الفينولي والفلافونويدي وتقييم فعاليتها المضادة للأكسدة والمضادة لبكتريا S.aureus

Abstract

This study included the extraction and screening of 12 locally plants from its contient from flavonoid & total phenol in addition to the antibacterial activity & antioxidant activity .The results showed that pomegranate peels extracts contain the highest amount of total phenols 5.178mg/ml & flavonoide 0.336 mg/ml ,followed by green tea that contain 1.8 mg/ml total phenols & flavonoide 0.424 mg/ml. The pomegranate peel & green tea leaf extracts showed high antioxidant activity that reach to 25 µg/ml to each one ,it was equal to standard antioxidant for Butyrate hydroxyl anisole. The tow extract possessed antibacterial activity toward S.aureus bacteria when it was used in 10-25 mg /ml the pomegranate peels extracts show high inhibition activity that reach to 22.3 ,17.6 mm at both concentration used respectively
