Abstract

Reengineering was not new concept, but it takes a new characteristics with the development of technology and acceleration of that development with the use of new managerial techniques, this contribute great changes as big picture, one part was constitutional and the other was to develop the work in different managerial levels. Reengineering became a suitable solution to success and development of organizations in general and specifically in educational one . In this issue educational process has two phases react with each other to complete it. One of them technical, concerned with students the other concerned with teacher. When this relation is good, the educational process healthy as a system and we do not need to change. But if some thing has malfunction we need reengineering and developing technical and educational phase in the behavior of students and teachers.This research has two theories :-Quality of out-pots does not depend on reengineering of process only, but depends on reengineering of in-pots.-Quality of out-pots must be defined on all phases of system not on it's persons.Conclusions are :1-Quality of educational job need to develop teacher efficiency by using professional circles or educational degree in his field .2-Availability of techniques in practical labs committed largely to develop educational process and contribute to rise the ability of learning.Recommendations are:1-Depend on using professional circles, for the teachers they have professional in there education, to cop with new techniques .2-Depend on using professional circles, for the teachers they are not professional in there education, to cop with new techniques
