The Role of Organizational Trust in Enhancing Organizational Citizenship Behavior

Abstract

The current study deals with test the relationship between organizational trust and enhancing Organizational Citizenship Behavior, for a sample of (85) employees in the Al Fao general engineering company, one of important company subordinate to the Ministry of Construction and housing, The researcher has been used (duplicates, percentages, mean and multiple regression analysis) in the analysis of hypotheses. The results are support thesis that has been assumed. The study conclusion more important is growing interest by researchers about concepts of organizational trust and Organizational Citizenship Behavior. While the most important recommendations is the need to the attention of senior management of the organization surveyed in promoting confidence for employees so achieve organizational citizenship behavior.
