Abstract

The last decades of the nineteenth century witnessed so much consequent economic insurrections in the united states that they negatively affected on the most two productive bodies, the industrial and the agricultural ones. Therefore, beside not paid attention to their reforming claims by the two big parties, the Democratic and the Republican, , those populations started organizing their efforts towards the work in politics and the farmers and the laborers established the Popular party in the beginning of the last decade of the nineteenth century. This party nominated Games Weaver as a candidate for the presidential elections of 1892. Although this candidate lost in the elections but he acquired so great scores in the votes that he turned the minds of the dominated partial powers who both began to aim to demolish his influence in deferent ways. Hence. Weaver could not succeed in facing those aggressive activities and failed in the elections of 1896 when there happened a close approach between the west southern wing of the Democratic party and the Popular party. Indeed this approach was just a penetration to the main accepted principles of the Popular party when they adopted similar agendas in hope pulling publics of the Popular party to their side. Theses identical programs and ideologies, in fact, led to the support of the Popular Party members to Democratic candidate, Genggens Bryan, who Represented the west southern wing because the Democratic party had already been split into two nominees. In spite the fact that west southern wing gained sizable votes but it did not win in the elections and it was the beginning of its death. The loyalists of Popular party did not realize their mistakes and, alternatively, continued supporting Bryan in the bulls of 1900 and did not select a candidate of their own therefore they lost as ever, this the hopes the Popular party got collapsing. The Republicans, who won the elections of 1900, could neutralized Popular party politicians when they put set of reforms in agriculture and at last the reasons behind the existence of the Popular party disappeared by these actual reforms by the Republicans thus the Popular party members did not nominate a candidate for the presidential elections of 1904 which resulted in abolishing their position in the political scene after their social basis scattered among the two dominated parties .
