Effect Of The Patterns Of Leadership In Organizational Change Strategies A prospective Study Of The Views For Selected Group Of Managers In The Company Of WASIT For Textile Industries

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis Study aims at showing the effect of the patterns of the leadership in organizational change strategies . the sample of the study involves (45) managers from Wasit company for textile industries. To choose the hypotheses, which the study based on, (determination of the relation of the effect multiple linear Regression was used at level ( 0.01,0.05) . The result of the questionnaire analysis show the acceptance of most of the hypotheses and the study was ended with some conclusions and some recommendations based on the results of the study by which the suitable leadership pattern is determined . The strategies of the organizational change could be chosen to promote the level of the Iraqi organizations performance and to achieve the competition level by strengthen the use of the awareness raising and the use of the rational strategies avoiding the use of the coercive force strategy in organizational change .
