The impact of physical effort in the number of white blood cells and the percentage of Hemoglobin in the blood of the badminton players

Abstract

Research was conducted on six national team players Iraqi paintbrush to the plane of the season 2013 -2014, underwent measurements of physiological relevant examinations of the number of white blood cells and the percentage of Hemoglobin blood four times during the two weeks, and analyzed the results of the measurements have been addressing the data statistically and according to the design of the pilot with the same group, and which has been obtained the following conclusions: 1. that the effect of physical effort is effective in increasing the number of white blood cells of the Iraqi national team players badminton 2.that the effect of phy2.sical effort is effective in increasing the proportion of Hemoglobin blood of the Iraqi national team players badminton. Of light that came out two researchers set of recommendations including: -The importance of regular physical exercise effort for badminton players in order to improve health and fitness organs of the body, especially the immune system to have.
