kinetic satisfaction and its relationship with competitive behavior and achievement for athletics players in the city of Sulaymaniyah

Abstract

The research aims to identify the following:Firstly, identify the kinetic satisfaction and competitive behavior and achievement among players of Al-Sulaymaniyah athletics clubs (enemy 100m, long jump, javelin) throw. Secondly, identify the relationship between the kinetic satisfaction and competitive behavior among players of Al-Sulaymaniyah athletics clubs (enemy 100m, long jump, javelin) throw.Thirdly, to identify the relationship between kinetic satisfaction and achievement of the players of Al-Sulaymaniyah athletics clubs (Enemy 100m, long jump, javelin). Regarding the research methodology, the researchers used the descriptive approach survey style and relations connectivity but for the research community and its sample, the research community of players was identified as the players of Al-Sulaymaniyah athletics clubs (enemy 100m, long jump, javelin), of (18) players from which (15) players were selected randomly and by lot as the sample of the research. Those players were advanced and representing their clubs. Regarding the sample of exploratory experiment, it consisted of(3) players who were excluded from the main sample. For data collection, the measure of kinetic satisfaction legalized extension (1) and the measure of competitive behavior legalized extension (2) was adopted and both of these measures were applied to the sample and then the achievement for each player in the sample was recorded. In order to conclude the results, a statistical program (SPSS) was relied on to reach to several conclusions such as:Firstly, kinetic satisfaction was high among the players each sample according to the efficiency they had. Secondly, competitive behavior was low among the players each sample according to the efficiency they had. Thirdly, there was no correlation between the kinetic satisfaction and competitive behavior among the players of the research sample. The researchers made several recommendations, such as:I. the necessity of the couches of Al-Sulaymaniyah athletics clubs take advantage of the search results in order to promote the positive side and overcome the negative side of it. 2. Paying attention to the psychological aspects of the training process as well as the physical and technical skills and tactical aspects.
