Achievement motivation of the agricultural employees workers in directorate of agricultural ninevah and its relation with some variables

Abstract

This research aimed to determine achievement motivation level of the agri- cultural employees in ninevah governorate in general. arrange items achieve- ment motivation' measuring according to the importance, and identify the differ- rence in achievement motivation of the respondents according to independent variables. research sample included (144) respondents, representing for (75%) of the population (all agricultural employees in ninevah governorate).selected as rando- mly sample and data were collected through questionnaire consisted of two parts, the first part included the independent variables, while the second part included a measuring for measurements achievement motivation level of the agricultural employees agricultural which consist of (32) items. validity was tested by using achieve the validity , reliability was tested by half split method which was (0.83). the data had been analyzed by using: means – gateman equation kruskal-wallis test and mann-witney test. results showed that (91.66%) of the respondents possess achievement motivation middle tends to high. the research showed that there were difference between achievement motivation level and variables (education level, age , specialization ,location of work, duration of employment in work , desire to innovativeness, cultural openness). the research also showed that there were no difference between achievement motivation level and variables (foundation, official address).
