The Effect of Exercise on the Jump According to Body Rotation Moments in the Development of Explosive Power and Fast and the Level of Digital High Jump For Beginners

Abstract

1-1 The introduction and the importance of the research : Torque : It is one of the mechanical laws which can be used in the field, especially in the field of learning movements in terms of athletic training which is considered as a measure of resistance expressed by the body in rotational movement through the relationship between body mass and the square size of the revolving center of gravity from the axis of rotation and the possibility to control these two workers (mass and dimension) , when applying these rotational movements especially when performing jump movements . The importance of this research comes in identifying the application of jumping exercises to control the dimensions and angles of the body when using the principle of moment of inertia when training higher jumping players as the movements of the arms and legs when the hopper jumps are considered as rotational movements that affects the integrity of the technical performance and to reduce the resistance shown by these parts in various stages of high jumping for the hopping players.1-2 The problem of the research : Researcher believes that this issue is a problem concerning the application of scientific movements, especially his sense of performance generated during the application of his training in being a daily national team player and the Physical Education team in this event. Which led him to the attention of the first direction, it was not applied according to the principal mechanic focusing on the angles and dimensions of parts of the body by the researchers, trainers and consistent and understanding of the mechanical properties of the special torque. And then delve into the study of the power of resistance change body position and to overcome this resistance when the players on the training according to the principles of mechanical conditions for the possibility of achieving integrated performance and that person believes it will enhance the good achievement for the high jumper, in order to identify the impact of the change in the conditions of the body when strength training different body weight or against resistance relative to the development of the level of technical performance and achievement as well as the evolution of the completion stages and strengthen the training aspect better impact in the evolution of this level in spite of the modest level in the completion of this event, which the country suffer by on the Arab and international levels.1-4 Research Goals:• Identify the fast and explosive power of the beginners of the higher jumping players.• Identify the impact of the training method to body weight and relative weights added to some parts of the body is definitely on the principle of torque to body parts or not in the development of high-level digital and the fast and explosive power. • Identify the impact of this training method in the positive development of the value of the moment of inertia for each stage of the higher jumping.1-5 Research hypotheses:• There are significant differences between the results of the tests before and after tests in explosive power and rapid rotation and moments in the experimental and control groups.• There are significant differences between the results of achievement tests in the two groups in the pre and post tests. 1-1-5 The most important conclusions: In light of the results to the researcher reached the following conclusions:1- the evolution of the level of technical performance (technique) for both the experimental group in the post tests after using the vocabulary curriculum, which proved that the effectiveness of this platform to achieve a good level of interdependence motor did not show an improvement in the technical level in the control group.2- The flow kinetic and evolution through the evolution of the high level of achievement in the experimental and control groups in the post tests means that the movement occurs without stopping and without sharp corners (the path of good engineering) as a result.2-1-5 The most important recommendations: In light of the findings of the research the researcher recommends the following:1 - Emphasis on the principle of moment of inertia (as a private power) to develop all of the kinetic power tracks to the higher jumping players.2- Rely on tests that were used in the search indicates the evolution of the power of performance of the high jumper.
