The Impact of Various Display Modes to Reduce Stress and Learn Boxing Punch Straight

Abstract

Different motor learning of the individual in accordance with the characteristics of which is characterized by the activity practiced it occupies a great importance to most sports , which is characterized by competition , including the boxing game and also the use of methods and teaching aids appropriate in order to reach to teach the skills required are good and the summit of achievement is access to the employment of true skills during the bout. And that stress is one of the most important problems facing most of the players in the various activities and sports , and that this appearance of many of the negative effects , such as energy dissipation physical and deprivation of moments to enjoy the exercise of their activities as well as it weakens the confident athlete himself , also affects his capabilities and potential skill and physical , and then affects the level , so it requires of people interested in this field follow-up the level of tension among the players regularly and periodically , and through the experience of the researcher being a player of the game of boxing noted that many coaches do not take into account modern teaching aids in learning the basic skills , as well as the lack of diversification of the sources of knowledge . stage where it is learning the basic skills of the most important and most difficult stages to be taken care of . So felt the researcher to use and offer a variety of ways to see its impact in reducing stress and learning punch straight boxing. The objectives of the research were determined to find out the impact of various display modes to reduce stress and learn boxing punch straight,The researcher assumed that there is a positive effect to the display various means of reducing stress and learning punch straight boxing. The researcher used the experimental approach ( design groups equal with the pretest and posttest ) , and identifies the research community students of the second phase at the Faculty of Physical Education, University of Karbala for the academic year (2011 , 2012 ) and totaling 63 students , has been taking a sample of 30 students random method , has been divided into two groups ( experimental and control ) , was the use of ( display modes Tutorials ) on the experimental group over the eight weeks and the rate of educational unit per week in the hall of boxing in the Faculty of Physical Education, University of Karbala , then was carried out post tests were used statistical treatments appropriate to reach the results after the results are presented , analyzed and discussed The researcher reached the following conclusions:1. The various display modes used in the research have shown a positive impact in reducing stress and learn the technical performance of the punch straight to the students boxing. 2. The use of display modes varied ( a visual display "Data show" video cameras , filx colored sequence motor skills , the model organism ) has a role in increasing desire and motivation in the competition between the students and also contributed in giving feedback that contributed to the development of basic skills boxing. The most important recommendations reached by the researcher are :1. Adoption of various display modes within the curriculum used to study boxing. 2. The need to use the various display modes in the development of the level of technical performance punch straight and reduce stress for students.3. The need to use display modes ( visual display device "Data show", video cameras , filx colored sequence of motor skills , the model organism ) to learn the other punches.
