Abstract

:- This research was conducted at the technical institute of alsawera 2013 of weasean applied model to measure the performance efficiency of the leader ship in the foundation of technical education for this purpose aquestionnaire form consisted of (12) sections and each one consists of items which cover (78) item for all of section, were distributed randomly to ensure the neutrality of the answer . The resalts showed that more than half of respondents (67%) agreed that the performance efficiency of the overall of leader ship at the institute reached to (71.3%) , which considered agood ratio if that a portion of them were occupied their position several months ago. It was noted that (27%) of the item of the questionnaire relating to the ability to change intelligent of leadership, strategy, communication accupied the advanced ranks and reached to (78.4%- 83.6%) . A statistical analysis by the (L.S.D) test at (0.05) level of significance showed that there is no significant differences between the gender(males,females) in administrative leadership with asignificant difference in the performance efficiency according to the level of years of administrative leadership, where some of them held position in two cyeles of leadership while others still the first year of responsibiliby that the duration of one cycle is 4 years . The researchers recommend continuing in the training of leaders for the development and improvement of tkills.
