The impact of work stress in the effectiveness of job performance

Abstract

Abstract::::::::the administrative systems and business units is consist of a group of individuals working together to achieve a particular purpose and can be subjected to strees of the work of individuals from multiple sources, So the current study aimed to identify the sources of work stress level to The staff of the administrative units of the Directorate General for Education in the province of Najaf, and The disclosure of the nature of the relationship between the sources of work stress and its impact on the effectiveness of job performance of employees. The study concluded the most important conclusions:- The intellectual and corporal configuration of the organization researched make them feel confident , And the ability to perform the tasks assigned to them , And is the quality of their work priorities. Either the most important recommendations is to emphasize the clarity of rules and systems which govern work position in the organization researched. And the provision of data and accurate information to facilitate the administrative work.
