التشخيص الجزيئي للسلالات الفسيولوجية للفطر f. sp. lycopersici Fusarium oxysporum المسبب لمرض الذبول الوعائي لنبات الطماطة Lycopersicon esculentum Mill.

Abstract

This experiment was conducted to investigate the molecular identification by using polymerase chain reaction PCR for 10 isolates which hypnotized as Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. lycopersici causing tomato wilt. Also the relationships and distance among These isolates by UV. I Band software with help of Unweight pair Group Method of Arithmatic average ( UPGMA formula. The isolates collected during spring 2013 from three provinces Babylon , Karbala and Najaf . PCR results showed that isolates F1, F2 , F4 , F6 , F8 , F9, F17 had a positive areaction with uni set which clearly referring to F. oxysproum . This work provided new information on the forma specials of F. oxysproum f sp lycopersici .F6, F17 ( Babylon ) belong to FOL race 1and F2, F8 ( Karbala ) , F4 ( Najaf) classified as FOL race 3 .This is the first report isolation FOL race 3 in Iraq . The study considered that F2, F4, F6, F8, F17 belong to FOL while FORL is not exists in middle of Iraq ,the result also showed that F1, F9 belong to anther forma specials and F13, F20 are not belong to F. oxysporum .
