Abstract

The present study aimed to assess the children's centers with special mobility needs in Algeria and Jordan, through the identification of competencies activate the participation of parents in the educational process in children with teacher motor special needs in Algeria, Jordan and general needed in the upbringing and education of these children.The study sample consisted of (39) teachers working in special education centers in Algeria, Jordan, and measure the effectiveness of these skills, it has been corrupted scale of development (26) paragraph represented in the field of competencies activate the participation of parents. The extraction of semantics validity and reliability of the measurement tool and this was accepted indications for the purposes of the study, The results showed that all special education institutions concerned with effective study, where there are significant differences were statistically significant efficiencies in activating the participation of parents in the educational process between the center of El Harrach, Algiers and Casablanca own eye center residuum in favor of the latter. There are also significant differences were statistically significant differences in efficiencies between activating the participation of parents of children with special needs of the motor in Algeria, Jordan, special education centers for the benefit of Al-Hussein Society for people with mobility challenges in Amman. Based on previous results researcher recommends the need to investigate modern factors that can contribute to increase the effectiveness of special education centers in the educational process, from beginning efficiencies of interaction and contact the people of children with special needs and their involvement in the construction of the educational plan, develop and use different tools to measure the progress of the effectiveness of centers and schools of education special people with special needs such as: case studies, interviews, self-reports, physical tests, physiological
