Abstract

After briefing the researchers on the literature and previous studies related to the research topic appeared to be vulnerable performance of faculty members at the level of performance of faculty members Ntjah their training needs and to training the evolution of their performance teaching programs, which in turn is reflected in the level of their students, as a Tdrisien sensed this phenomenon clearly, and it found the need to address such real educational problems and conduct studies and research to address them, and building on that can identify the research problem in the scarcity of training programs for faculty members in the light of the necessary from the point of view of training needs, and to address this problem is imperative for researchers to answer the following question: ( what the necessary training requirements for faculty members from their point of view?). The researchers adopted the research method descriptive because it suits the nature of current research and based on the survey the research community involved in the training and rehabilitation courses held by the Development and Continuing Education Center at the head of Baghdad University's 60 teaching aid for a period of from 10.11.2013 m and up to 12 /12/2013 select a sample search the research community to the fact that researchers are teaching in the training courses held by the said center and to provide the center management cooperation necessary for the completion of the study and the presence of an appropriate sample in the number and characteristics of the present study and the facilities research sample of (60) pedagogy. For the period (from 11/10/2013 AD until 12/12/2013 .It was built search tool, a component ofa scale of40items distributedon four areas(need for a faculty membertouseteaching methods, methods and technologies, and the need fora faculty memberto theplanning, and the need fora faculty membertostrengthenhis relationship withhis studentsand the need fora faculty membertoconduct scientific research) Include all thefieldbyseveral paragraphs(10,10,12,8) items ineach arearespectivelyandwasa threealternativesare(veryagree, agree, andnot agree) wasextractedvalidity and reliabilityof the scaleas a wholeandfor each of thefourfields.The tool wasappliedinfinal formon Monday,11/11/2013.Conclusions: By applying standard on faculty members conclude the following:- There appeared necessary training needs of faculty members from their point of view.- The needs of the faculty member to use methods of teaching and methods and techniques in the first place.- The needs of faculty member appeared to planning in second place.- The needs of faculty member appeared to strengthen its relationship with requested in third place.- The needs of faculty member appeared to conduct scientific research in fourth place.- That master's degree holders have the training needs of more than campaign doctorate from their point of view they need- That the scientific titles in categories (Assistant instructor), (instructor), (Assistant Professor), they have the training needs of more of their point of view they need to be used in university teaching.- Variable for years of service there needs more training categories (1-5), (6-10), (11-15) years of category (16-over) a year, they have training needs more from their perspective they need to use in university teaching .- With scientific disciplines that have training needs more from their perspective they need to use in the teaching of humanitarian disciplines.- That the faculty members of the male and female have the same training requirements necessary for them in university teaching from their point of view.An updateof search results,the researchers recommendseveral recommendations.
