Learning Organization and its role in reducing stress among workers "An analytical study in two educational organizations at the University of Mosul"

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of the present study is to clarify the relationship and impact between the learning organization and the stress on their employees. This study includes two parts , The first part included theoretical framework based on scientific books and research studies while second included aspect of the methodology and applied framework. The University of Mosul was room for the application of the field, two colleges were chosen (Faculty of Arts and Faculty of Education). Questionnaire has been used as a main tool for collecting data, with some sample of personal interviews as well as field observation. This study resulted in several conclusions, including:1 - Acceptance of hypotheses2 - Since the learning organization is able to develop its ability to adapt and change, so it is able to reduce stress on its staff.3 – One of the most importation characteristics in the learning organizations is working as groups and teams work to achieve the objectives of their organization plans. This will contribute effectively to reduce stress among workers. 4-The study provided some recommendations that are consistent within the final part of this study.
