Academic And Administrative Problems Facing Faculty Members In Some Of The Saudi Emerging Universities

Abstract

The study aimed to identify the academic and administrative problems facing the faculty members in some of the emerging Saudi university, It also aimed to identify whether there is a statistically significant differences in the responses of the members of the study samples based on (university, sex, nationality, academic rank, years of experience), the researcher used the questionnaire and the descriptive analytical approach. The population of the study consisted of the faculty members in (Shaqraa, Najraan and Tabuk universities)
