The Extent of Using Performance-Based Evaluaton Techniques by Computer Female Teacheers at Dawadmi Governorate

Abstract

The current study aimed to identify the extent of using performance-based evaluation techniques by computer female teachers at Dawadmi governorate. Also, the study aimed to identify the differences betwen the teachers’ use of performance-based evaluation techniques attributable to the variables of the number of training courses, education, and number of experience years.The researcher used the describtive analytical approach. The study used the observation card to collect data from the participants. The observation card consisted of (31) items distributed on (3) fields which are the prepation of performance-based evaluation techniques and tools, the application of performance-based evaluation techniques, and evaluation results and feedback.The research population consisted of all computer female teachers in the public intermediate and secondary schools at Dawadmi governorate which amounted to (100) teachers. The research sample comprised (51) teachers that are randomly selected in the simple manner.
