Factors affecting the success of the reading and numeracy initiative from the point of view of teachers and teachers And principals in the elementary schools of Bani Kenana

Abstract

The aim of the study was to identify the factors influencing the success of the reading and numeracy initiative from the point of view of teachers, principals and principals of the basic schools in the Bani Kenana University. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was designed and distributed to the study sample by using random sampling method, (50%) of the population who work in the Directorate of Education for the Ben Kenana, retrieved (101) questionnaire and after reviewing the questionnaires found that there are (12) questionnaire is not valid for the analysis, and the number of questionnaires valid for the analysis Statistical (89) including rate (29%) of the study population, were also distributed (40) questionnaire on (58%) of the community. After reviewing the questionnaires, it was found that there were (10) questionnaires that were not valid for the analysis. The number of managers in the sample (30) was 44%. After the statistical analysis, In the success of the reading and numeracy initiative according to the views of teachers, teachers and principals in the basic schools of Bani Kanana, it came as follows: Motivation and motivation to learn, positive interaction with students, the use of teaching aids, diversification of stimuli and stimuli, activities and objectives of the initiative, and there was no difference in the opinions of individuals in the sample of the study on the factors affecting the success of reading initiative and account according to the variables of personality (gender, experience).
