Reflection of ethical-educational topics in the poems of Abu Al-Aswad Al-Dawali

Abstract

Standards, norms and ethical and human values are an essential part of human civilization that has been taken into consideration and explored. There have been many attempts within history to record, and transfer to this group of concepts and indications and assets, which has dedicated the art forms of speech, especially poetry within this current more used for itself for the privacy of magnificence and survival and immortality, which is expressed under the title of educational literature. Educational literature can be considered a collection of poems and texts based on finding constructive dealings between the writer and the interlocutors and readers through the double confluence of literature and ethics in the widest possible content and significance, focusing on goals and goals such as reform, education, development, growth and personal, social, religious and secular brilliance of its speakers and readers. The writers, especially the poets, have tried to decorate their poems with the grace and adornment of these reflections, contentions and the high and positive connotations of humanity. Among them was Abu al-Aswad al-Dawali (69 BC), being a contemporary poet of Imam Ali (AS) and founder of Arabic grammar, with his poetry of various kinds, to build humanity such as patience, friendship, trust, anger and ...
