Training between reality and ambition from the perspective of the participants raising in second Krakh

Abstract

The definition included the introduction of the research and its importance. The importance of training in the development of individuals and institutions and the importance of diversifying the vocabulary of the training and the multiplication of the specialized courses for its role in developing the work and avoiding the routine work was mentioned. The importance of research in identifying the problems and obstacles facing the process of providing the training To reach the aspiration of the employees on training and even trainees, while the problem of research was determined that the weakness of performance and the return of training was examined through the study of some of the questionnaires distributed by the department to evaluate the courses.The research goals:-1- Learn the training between reality and ambition in the education of Baghdad Karkh second from the point of view of the participants.2-Identify what the trainees aspire to and what are the problems facing the training process.The research also identifies the following areas:-Human Density: Associate of the second Baghdad Karkh Directorate who joined courses during the research period.Time limit: 7/2/2016 to 28/4/2016The spatial limit: the training rooms belonging to the Directorate of Education of Baghdad Karkh II.Search procedures:The researcher used the descriptive approach on a sample of (820) trainees from the second Karkh Education Directorate who participated in the courses held during the research periodKey conclusions and recommendations: The researcher reached a number of conclusions, including:1- There is satisfaction with the reality of training and the reality of training in Baghdad Education Directorate Karkh II.2- The ability of the Department of preparation and training to set up multiple courses at the same time and this to meet the need and meet ambition.The most important recommendations are:-1- Recommends the researcher to establish development courses in many aspects more and not only training on the practical side or training on how to learn and education, but include courses on the psychological side and human development and ...2- Recommends the researcher to take into account the lack of repetition of the trainees, to include training programs a larger number of employees.
