Abstract

Administrative work in the natural medical rehabilitation and treatment centers is closely got engaged with what is happening from the evolution of management thought on the state level as a whole and in the various sectors where there has been no achieve on values in other fields, and must support the health service for the advancement of their standard delivering appropriate quality of time and space service with a techniques sophisticated, to reach the patients expectations and gain their satisfaction, where the health service has seen expansion and development prepared by the various countries of the world a major goal of their need for healthy individuals, lies the importance of research in mind the administrative and regulatory entrance to the development and evaluation of re-engineering, health centers, medical rehabilitation and physical therapy for the disabled, and the extent of the need and importance these centers to the quality of service in terms of medical rehabilitation in order to raise efficiency and improve services for disabled athletes for the better as well as the achievement of the performance and functional best for workers, also contribute to the detection of strengths and weaknesses in the administrative environment to centers of medical rehabilitation hospitals and their need for the application of administrative work and their relationship document the success of that environment and good performance, especially that disabled athletes are the most important reviewers where frequent exposure to infection which calls for their review of these centers through which they are recognized on the reality of administrative work in these centers and hospitals. the importance of research which is identify the degree of job satisfaction among workers in the medical rehabilitation centers, and to know the degree of administrative engineering processes among workers in the medical rehabilitation centers, to identify the relationship between job satisfaction and engineering of administrative processes to those working in the medical rehabilitation centers.Research Methodology: The researchers used the descriptive methodology with a survey style to thesuitabilitynature of the research, whichare two researchersselectedthe research community workers at two medical rehabilitation for the disabled in the province of Baghdad, reaching the sample (190) factor in medical rehabilitation centers, was chosen as the research sample purposively workers who medical rehabilitation centers working in Baghdad province. The researchers reached a number of conclusions which included:1. Administrative operations and engineering fields applied in medical rehabilitation centers, handicapped centers.2. The emergence of a significant relationship between standards (Administrative Process Engineering / job satisfaction) in medical rehabilitation centers. The researchers also recommended the following:1. The necessary for communication between the centers by connecting all rehabilitation centers, e-governance.2. Work on the necessary to apply administrative operations engineering at the Ministry of Health in general and in particular medical rehabilitation centers
