Evaluation of Training Needs in Vocational Guidance by Educational Counselors

Abstract

The current research aims to build a tool that assesses the level of training needs in vocational guidance by educational counselors to identify the extent of the field of professional theories, classification of occupations, standards, training needs and training requirements on the development of training needs in vocational guidance by educational counselors. There were statistically significant differences in the level of (0.05) of the sample members in the basic research in the general average of the extent of field ability (professional theories, classification of occupations, standards, training needs, training requirements) on training needs development of vocational guidance according to variable sex (male, female).
