Learning organizations located under threats that leading a chain of dilemma it is measured need to depending mange criteria that interpretation of bench marking and supported a vital of its organizations that delete of organizational dusting, That’s motivate researchers to facing problem study it goes from questions content:Did learning organization have criteria's that assured successful in business environment that’s putting in the level of world of learning organizations?The questionnaire tool of collecting data of studying phenomena the sampling study that random and choosing from title (Profess and assist-profess) and the researchers using many statistical tools. The study reached many conclusion such as:There are many criteria in learning organization that field study and then a relative state difference among it depending of answering of a sample study.Depending of this conclusions, the study prefaced many recommendation.
