Abstract

This study aims to knowing effect of Plyometric style on somebiochemical variables, and discriminate strength with speed for themuscles of legs and armsand shooting accuracy speed from sample of high jump. The studycarried out on ten players of Al-Mustakble handball club for adults. Theprevious measurements for variables are carried out, as calcium andphosphate which were chosen from the group work according the rightscientific styles. Then applied the preparing training which prepared bythe researchers for (8) weeks, in (3) training units in a week byPlyometric training style by intensity between (90 – 100%) from thehigher power of the sample. Then, at the same way carried out the aftermeasurements. Then, a count the information and the results andtreated them statistically and presented them in schedule and discussedthem scientifically according to the scientifically sources. Theresearchers conclude that Plyometric training improve the biochemicalvariables and develop discriminate strength with speed for the musclesof legs and arms and improve the skill. The researchers recommend touse Plyometric training style to rise the physical variables and skill, Inaddition, taking in consideration biochemical variables rate measurementstyling to evaluation the training and physiology condition of the athleteto reach him for the best levels.
