Abstract

:This study is an attempt to determine the impact of Logistic Distribution in achieving customer satisfaction. The topic of logistics and its activities, together with the subject of customer satisfaction, has become increasingly important in the fields of logistics management and marketing. As the increase in products, their types and the variation in their quality levels have led the organizations to increase attention to logistics distribution and its activities, which can enhance customer satisfaction and thus ensure the organization for its survival and growth in the business world. The customer needs different types of services and since the need for these services varies from one customer to another, organizations must analyze and adopt the customer's preferred needs.
