How effective educational communication has been achieved by teachers from the point of view of principals and educational supervisors

Abstract

The present research aims at identifying: how much educational communication is achieved between the teachers and their students from the point of view of educational supervisors and school's headmasters. A scale of 30 items was constructed, it addresses two fields; verbal and nonverbal. The statistical indicators were extracted. The scale was applied to a sample of 280 educational supervisors and school's headmasters. The results showed that active educational communication among teachers and their students was not available in the process of learning inside the classroom. The researcher proposed a number of recommendations and suggestions
