The Impact of the Use of the YouTube Website in Raising the Level of Listening and Speaking Skills among Students of Arabic Teaching institute for Non-Arabic Speakers at the Princess Nora Bint Abdul Rahman University in Saudi Arabia

Abstract

The present study aimed to identify the impact of the use of the YouTube website in raising the level of listening and speaking skills among students of Arabic teaching institute for Non-Arabic speakers at the Princess Nora Bint Abdul Rahman University in Saudi Arabia. The descriptive analytical method was used through a questionnaire distributed to the sample of 42 female students from Arabic Language teaching institute for Non- Arabic speakers at Princess Nora Bint Abdul Rahman University. The results of the study showed that the level of Arabic language students' use of the YouTube website was moderate and that the level of female students in the listening and speaking skills was also moderate. The results revealed a significant statistical impact on the use of the YouTube website in raising the level of listening and speaking skills among Arabic language students of non-native speakers at the Princess Nora Bint Abdul Rahman University in Saudi Arabia..
