Abstract

the research was aimed at identifying the role of learning Organizational final beneficiaries in achieving the success of management information systems, and through a review of the scientific contributions in this area has been drafting the search form and assumptions and design questionnaires to collect data, which consisted of the research sample of (74) beneficiaries in a number of faculties of the University of Mosul , Finally Find a set of conclusions and recommendations that will strengthen and consolidate Organizational learning to achieve success management information Systems concluded. In conclusion, the research concluded with a set of conclusions, the most important of which is that the process of organizational learning is a continuous process and does not have an access station. Organizations that aim at the success of management information systems must achieve learning levels for beneficiaries at least to the level of changes in the technical environment of management information systems, And a number of recommendations, the most important of which was the emphasis on the dissemination of a culture oforganizational learning, which requires the creation of an organizational climate that supports and recognizes the importance of learning in enhancing the success of management information systems and the development of special plans and programs in activating the learning process.
