Abstract
Since the creation of Man on earth , the humans were very much taking care of the safety of there bodies from the illnesses and diseases sometimes by avoiding dangers and others by curing the illnesses and diseases , so there was a great for a ‘ healer ‘ or a doctor even when the means available at that time were very simple . Today and after the amazing progress in the techniques and instruments designed to afford more and more accurate results medicine and diagnosis and surgery , Man is unfortunately facing a great deal of failures and mistakes by medical centers and organization around the world taking in mind the serious dangers of those mistakes that sometimes causes death and serious side effects . This research focuses on the medical mistakes and low Islam and civil laws death with them in an attempt to decrease these mistakes and stating the rights of people in question .
