The role of organizational excellence in promoting the empowerment strategy

Abstract

: A random sample of the employees of the commercial banks in Babil and Karbala (40) were selected and analyzed to verify the organization's ability and contribution to the enhancement of the empowerment strategy. The objective of the research is to reach the awareness of the senior leadership in the organization, which is concerned with the importance of organizational skill and its role in influencing the strategy of empowerment, as well as the positive and negative aspects in the process of organizational ingenuity adopted therein, and the conclusion of recommendations and mechanisms of action aimed at developing the objectives and strategies necessary to activate the strategy of empowerment in Service organizations.
