Tracing Study For Evaluating Application Classes Using Physical and Functional Fitness Indicators And Students' Fitness Level

Abstract

The aim of this tracing research is to evaluate application classes in the college using physical fitness indicators as well as functional indicators in relation to level of fitness. The research included tracing the students' physical and functional responses from first year to fourth year to evaluate their level through four years of study. The subjects were (21) first year student that were followed through to fourth year. Their fitness records included 30m running Cooper 12Minute, Bench Press, and heart rate in rest and effort. The results showed significant differences in speed, stamina and heart rate during rest.
