Years of service and academic achievement of kindergarten teachers and their relationship to promoting child mental health

Abstract

The current research aims at identifying the relationship between the years of experience and the academic achievement of the kindergarten teacher in promoting the mental health of the child. To this end, the researcher chose (150) kindergarten teachers, one child was selected out of the classroom of each teacher who was chosen in the search, which reached (150) children. The researcher adopted the scale of mental health of the child by (AL-Sead , 2000) formed (15) paragraphs. the results showed children have a normal level of mental health, the more years of experience, the higher the relationship with the level of promotion of mental health in children, there is no relationship between the level of academic achievement of kindergarten teachers and the promotion of mental health in children. To conclude, the researcher presented a set of recommendations and suggestions to help researchers to benefit from them in their future studies.
