Practical exercises and their impact on the development of cognitive - motor abilities and the level of performance of the skill of the front and back of the gypsum

Abstract

The research aims to identify the effect of applied exercises on the development of some cognitive-motor abilities and the effect of developing some cognitive-motor abilities in the level of performance of the front and back rolling skill. The researcher used the experimental method in designing the experimental and control groups. The sample of the study of the third grade students of the Model Republic School where the number of students (30) students by (15) per group, Conclusions The proposed exercises positively affected the development of cognitive-motor abilities in the experimental group. The exercise suggested was better than regular exercises and Thus, most of the differences were cognitive, motor, and frontal and posterior abilities in favor of the experimental group when compared to the control group.
