The Stress Job faced by secondary school teachers and their relation to emotional intelligence

Abstract

The Current search target at finding out the relationship between the sStress job faced by secondary school teachers and the emotional intelligence, knowledge of the differences in exposure to Stress job according to the specialization variable (Arabic language - English language - physics), and the knowledge of the differences in emotional intelligence according to the specialization variable (Arabic - (80) teachers and teachers, divided into (50) teachers from Al-Muqtam bin Abad (Boys) School in Riyadh and 30 teachers from the 47th secondary school for girls in Riyadh. The researcher prepared a stress job scale Emotional Intelligence scale, The results showed that there was a negative correlation between the scores of stress jobas a whole and the scores of emotional intelligence at the level of (0.01). There were differences in the stress job of male and female secondary school teachers in favor of males. The study found that there were differences in the stress job of secondary school teachers according to different specialization (Arabic language, English language, physics) and differences in emotional intelligence among teachers and teachers.
