Analytical study to show the effect of some mechanical variables in the time of performance and physical effort to arch run for the first and last fields and the completion of running 200 m for the track and field games

Abstract

AbstractAs long as the differences between the short distance competitors in track and field games do not exceed seconds, especially in the 100m freestyle and the 200m race, the difference between the first and last winner does not exceed the second part in the advanced races and different categories, hence it was necessary to study most of the effects affecting the time of completion in particular the mechanical variables of arch running of 200m race and increasing its impact from one field to another depending on the intensity of the curvature and the distance of curvature at the start of the effectiveness and what these effects are significant and significant importance compared to the time differences that determine the early winners .In addition, identifying filed of running to start race has not been chosen by competitor but it is determined by lot, therefore, each competitor had to practice jogging in all fields, register their time and deal with the difference by increasing the efficiency of the skill and physical abilities. Each field of privacy in training and performance. Hence, the idea of this study emerged and its field procedures were followed by The experimental educational approach to the technical performance of each field running regardless of the physical side of the sample members of the youth group, totaling (5) runners were all selected on the first field . After recording their achievement time for this field they were tested again on the last field and extracted the statistical equations for the pre tests and then were subjected to an educational program limited to learning to arch running for the first and last fields and move away or stabilize the physical side for four weeks . After The tests were performed for the first and last field, ie, the post-test was carried out under the same temporal and spatial conditions. The results of the study showed that there are no statistical differences in the pre and post tests, The research changes were whether mechanical or skilful on the physical effort and achievement of the 200 m race from one field to another and the study was conducted on the first and seventh fields. Hence, the study showed that the time of runner of 200 m is not fixed, it varies with the field of jogging and this is clear in the first and seventh areas
