Impact The Total Risk In Return On Assets And Return On Equity Application Study In Sample Of Private Al-Iraqi Banks

Abstract

The aim of the research is manifested by presenting a conceptual framework for return and risk as well as analyzing the return on assets and the return on the right of ownership, as well as measuring the systemic and informal risk of the research sample banks. The research included an applied aspect based on the null hypotheses about the effect of total risk on the return on assets and return on the right of ownership. A sample of private Iraqi banks was chosen as a site for the research for the period extending from 2010-2015 and a number of financial methods were used in the research to analyze returns and measure the total risk of the research sample banks, as well as a number of statistical methods were used to prove or reject the null hypotheses. The most important thing that was reached through the research is the awareness and awareness of the Iraqi banks that the sample is available for the importance of diversification of investments in order to avoid potential risk, as well as the existence of a linear relationship between the return on the assets and the overall risk, as well as the presence of a linear relationship between the return on the right of ownership and the overall risk. A set of recommendations was developed in the light of the conclusions reached, the most important of which is that the research sample banks should pay attention to financial thought, especially the return and the risk in order to achieve the acceptable return and the lowest level of risk, especially after the deterioration that it had suffered in previous years due to political, economic and security
