Abstract

The research examined the topic of diversity and inclusion management practices and its impact on the university female staff Performance in the education sector, in three Iraqi universities Wasit, Thi- Qar and Sumer. A Sample of (348) teaching staff and was chosen a Survey to answer questionnaire was prepared for this purpose. The research sought to test a number of main and sub- hypotheses related to the correlation and influence relationships between the research variables, in order to answer questions related to the problem of reach the set goals, yeh such as median, standard deviation, pearson correlation coefficient, simple linear regression. The research reached a number of conclusions, including the existence of the ability to express the opinion of the research sample of the teaching, especially at the University of Wasit in terms of providing ideas and equality with their peers from the teaching, but it is noticeable on the University of Sumer and Dhi Qar that there is a lack of serious interest in opinions This is considered a major factor of frustration to the female staff in case it is not addressed by the university administration. Based on the findings of the research has developed a set of recommendations, the most important of which is the need to encourage women 's owners to give their views and attention and work on equality with their peers, especially at the University of Sumer and Dhi Qar.
