Crises of National Identity in The Iraqi Constitutional System.

Abstract

By the change of the political system in Iraq, Iraq interred a new stage of civil rule based on the peaceful transfer of power, the principle of the separation of powers in the exercise of power, respect for rights and freedoms, and the establishment of the individual's relationship to the State on the basis of citizenship, Iraqi society witnessed a disturbance in the case of national identity ,The community diversity of the people has not been contained in the national pan-container, which represents the great national identity, and there have been manifestations of fragmentation in the components of Iraqi society, and this crisis has political and legal causes, which was clearly identified in the new constitutional order. the study will search in these concepts, and discuss the roots of the national identity crisis in an attempt to reach an accurate description of the problem in order to develop hypotheses that may contribute to addressing this crisis.
