Studding effect of loading on human resources allocation and smoothing for Building Project of scientific departments , practical application in TechnicalInstitute of Babylon

Abstract

This research dealt studding and analyzing networks of the constructing building one scientific department project in the technical institute of Babylon with using the critical path method by determination of required activities and guessed work times for carrying out it, with using number of workers as another resource of loading which was arriving it by seeking of help from engineering staff supervisor on that building with purpose arriving for critical path that determination total duration of time to carry out of the project. This research aims to first, use Gantt chart to present initial loading planning for estimated durations so as to arrive distinguished durations and number of labors which required for every duration. Second, use histogram to present loading mean and initial loading planning of distinguished durations to analyze the type of loading if excess or deficient or equivalent loading with the aim of arriving to an optimal loading planning and this through studding possibility of reloading to elastic activities during of final duration of time to carry out of project. Results appear final duration of time to carry out of project is equal (495 day) and loading mean during allocation and smoothing is (60 labor/day) and value of variance before smoothing is equal (56 %) and after smoothing is equal (40 %).
