The optical properties of (Pb1-xSnx) system prepared by thermo chemical precipitation

Abstract

The (Pb1-xSnx) thin films were prepared by using the chemical spray pyrolysis method on a borosilicate glass bases at temp. (633K) . also we are study the optical properties included the recording of absorption and transmittance spectra for the films within the range (300-900nm), The optical constants such as reflectivity,extinction coefficient, refractive index ,real and imaginary part of dielectric constant have also been studied .
