التأثيرات السامة للمبيد الفطري البنليت على المعايير الفسلجية للجرذان البيض

Abstract

This study was conducted to investigate the toxicological effects of benlate pesticide on the physiological parameters in males and females of white rats by giving the benlate pesticide through provender in concentrations (0, 50, 500 and 5000) part per million for six months . The periodical follow up for animals had showed that the higher concentrations (500 and 5000) part per million caused decreasing in the dynamic activity and the average of food consumption in males and females of white rats compared with the control group (0) part per million, and there is no effect for the concentration (50) part per million. All blood physiological parameters had effected negatively in treated animals with provender contains the concentrations (500 and 5000) part per million except for haemoglobin concentration in females white rats in the concentrations (500) part per million. There is a significant decreasing (P < 0.05) in the percentage for lymphocytes and there is significant increasing (P < 0.05) in the percentage for neutrophils in males and females of white rats, also in the percentage for monocytes in males of white rats only, comparing with other concentrations. While the concentration (5000) part per million caused a clear effect in making significant increasing (P < 0.05) in the percentage for monocytes in females white rats and in the percentage for acidophils in males and females of white rats compared with other concentrations
