Abstract
AbstractTransformational Endorsement is the most important kind in Endoresment; it has an important legal effect on negotiable instruments, especially, a bill of Exchange and cheaque. Obviously, it transfers all the rights and the obligations that all ex-signers undertake to acquire the rights and execute all the obligations, and from this point the importance of Transformational Endorsement is came.
