دراسة تأثير مكونات الخلطة العشبية على نمو بعض الاحياء الدقيقة ومقارنتها بغسول الفم المحلي والمستورد

Abstract

In this study the active chemical compounds of aqua's ( cold and hot) extracts in two herbal mixture that used for tooth ach and bad breath was included , and their effect in some microorganisms ,compare the results with two kinds of mouthwash that is popular use named "ZAK" and "AL-Mansoor" . The preliminary chemical determination of these aqua's extracts was contain different glycosides , saponins ,tannins ,flavonoides ,and alkaloids (in Saysaban extract mixture) ,while there is no protein's and phenolic compounds ( in Saysaban extract mixture only), the medium of the two mouthwash and both herbal extracts of al-shefa mixture are acidic ,were the saysaban both extracts are nutrient .the effect of these samples (mouthwash and herbal extracts ) on different microorganisms were studied like Staphylococcus aureus ,Streptococcus faecalis, Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aergunosa and Proteus mirabilis, It has been found that the hot herbal extract of the al-shefa was the most effected on the inhibition of the growth of the intended microorganisms(equal effect with mouthwash zak ) compared with that of saysaban hot extract ,and the cold extract of al-shefa extract is recorded a best results from that of saysaban extract (equal effect with mouthwash al mansoor) who doesn't have any inhibition area in streptococcus fecalis .Also study in fungi was recommended such as Aspergillus niger , Aspergillus green, Aspergillus flavus, and Penicillium spp ,illustread that the hot extracts had best inhibition value (alshefa mixture best compared with sysaban mixture),specifically at Aspergillus green(equal effect with mouthwash zak),also the cold extracts ,where alshefa cold extract get high inhibition values at Aspergillus niger compared with saysaban cold extract who have no inhibition value in the same fungi.
