دراسة بعض اخماج بكتريا الزوائف الونجارية Pseudomanus aeruginos ومقاومتها للمضادات الحيوية وتضادها مع عصيات حامض اللاكتيك

Abstract

Pseudomonas aeruginoso were obtained and diagnosed according toconventional morphological and biochemical tests, the highprevalence number of samples were urine (23%),(1 8%)burn,(l 2%)wound,(8%) sputum and dialysis fluid,(3%,4o/o,5ya)respectively,( I %)vaginal and nose infection.Antibiotic susceptibi I itytests were performed .Pscudomonas aeruginr-rsa isolates were aftersubjecting the isolates to sensitivity test, the isolates exhibitedrelatively high resistance to ampicillin, amoxicillin and piperacillinwhen their resistance reached (100%),while highly sensitive tociprofloxacin (1rJO%),when their susceptibility toamikacin, cefotaxime, cephalixine, gcntamicin and tobramycin werc(6 6,7 7,7 8,87,87 )Yor especti v ely.Seven Lactobacillus isolates were Obtained from (15)vagina.lswabs from healthy women, thc seven isolates were identifiedaccording to their morphological and cultural characteristics.Altersubjecting Lactobacillus isolates to the sensitivity test, some isolatesexhibited a considerable resistance to ampicillin, rifampicin, andamoxicillin and they were mainiy sensitive to ciprofloxacin andshcwed variable sensitivity to tobramicin and gentamicin.Result showed highly antagonistic activity by Lb4,Lb6 againstPseudomonas aeruginosal3,lS,while Pseudomonas aeruginosa 1showed the lowest antagonisitic activity against lactobacilus isolates. The capability of lactobacilli to adhere to vaginal epithelial cells(VEC) has been found to be an important factor in the formatiorr of aban'ier to provent colonization of Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Therewas a slight degree of difference in the adhesion properties observedamong vaginal lactobacillus(57% high,2gYomoderat ard14%low)adhesines. adherence inhibition was tested using fourlactobacillus species blocked the adherence of ten Pseudomonasaeruginosa .among others Lb4,Lb3 shou,ed the greater capacity toblock attachment from the others(Lbl ,Lb2).pseudomonas 3,8 and l0were susceptible to block and p,seudontonasT and4 were the rnostresistant.
